If I try to reset password from the game itself, it also shows me as logged in (check my username and simpoints next to the pic of the Bohemian Garden!), but it still continues to claim that I am NOT logged in. As you can see, I AM logged in on the launcher. And I have no options of contacting EA customer support. I spent 6 hours trying to fix this last night. They don't live here, and they are the only ones who can reset your account from their end if that is what is necessary. This is a community forum and we are your fellow players here helping out other players as best we can. So someone at EA better get their heads out of their rears and fix my account! NOW! Someone needs to FIX this, I have paid thousands for every expansion, every stuff pack and every single item in the store, so they have to WORK!! I changed some settings in the game, like sim details and sound settings etc. I started my game up and it logged me in, no problem.
